We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and postmark your return shipment. WE OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES ONLY FOR ALL RETURNS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return Items

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected], or visit our Contact page. Please include your order number (located in your order confirmation email) in your initial inquiry, for the fastest service. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend a trackable service (such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) for all returns. Please note that Shorter Merchantile, LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g. USPS).

Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or certain “final sale” items.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges on unworn, unused items. Please contact us for instructions on how to begin the exchange process – for the fastest service, please include your order number.

Refunds

Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer offer refunds at any time. All returns are accepted for store credit or exchanges only.
